About 21 years ago, I felt the need to learn about meditation. Knowing absolutely nothing about meditation and not having a clue as where to start I visited Barns and Noble and picked up a book off the shelf called “meditation”. The book was written by Eknath Easwarnen. I followed his instructions to the letter and practiced his method for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening for about 10 years. Now I only do a half hour a day. Passage meditation was perfect match for my mental makeup and for me it changed my life and it may help yours also. Our group is great and we are seeing positive changes in our lives everyday.
